Lewisham Homes builds and rents homes in Lewisham and has overall responsibility for delivering the Borough's ambitious housing programme. Lewisham Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Lewisham Council in January 2007 to manage, maintain and improve its Council houses and estates. It is a private non-profit company of which the Council is the sole shareholder.
